Lumipod is built to adapt to a wide range of climates and landscapes. It is engineered to withstand snow loads, wind, and humidity in mountain regions, as well as sun exposure and sea spray on the coast. Construction details are adjusted to each site to ensure comfort and durability.
Prefabrication offers two key advantages over traditional construction. It ensures reliable timelines, consistent quality, and precise finishes thanks to a fully controlled process. It also minimizes on-site disturbance: installing a LumiPod takes around 48 hours, compared to several months for a conventional build. Private clients appreciate avoiding long, disruptive works, while hoteliers benefit from a quick installation that does not disturb their business and allows faster return on investment.
We currently deliver and install LumiPod throughout Europe. Our cabins are already present in over ten countries, from the fjords of Norway to the Mediterranean islands. Given the strong interest in markets such as the United States and Australia, we are preparing to expand gradually, with local manufacturing to remain consistent with our responsible and sustainable approach.
Transport cost depends on the exact location and site accessibility. Once we know your project’s address, we provide a clear and optimized estimate, including any lifting requirements.
Each project includes a detailed accessibility study. Together we validate the exact location and determine the most suitable logistic solution: truck-mounted crane, mobile crane, or, in exceptional cases, helicopter lift.
Lumipod is installed on lightweight foundations designed to protect the site. In most cases, we use screw piles — a fast solution suitable for many soils. Where necessary, alternatives such as concrete pads may be considered. Our team supports you at every stage, from technical study to implementation, ensuring a smooth and reliable installation.
A Lumipod requires standard connections to water, wastewater, and electricity. We guide each client through the preparation of these utilities to ensure a smooth installation. We do not offer an off-grid version, as current solutions remain limited and cannot provide the high-end comfort that defines LumiPod.
Lumipod is designed to last over 50 years, comparable to a traditional construction, with the advantage of reinforced quality control through prefabrication. Its steel frame ensures strength and stability, while precise assembly and rigorous oversight guarantee long-term performance. Maintenance is minimal: regular roof checks, care for the exterior cladding, and standard interior cleaning. Our team also provides post-installation maintenance support to advise each client, answer technical questions, and ensure long-lasting durability.
Lumipod Sauna is a high-end outdoor sauna, fully assembled in our workshops using durable materials, enhanced insulation, and refined finishes. This design ensures a fast heat-up and stable temperature retention, even in the heart of winter. Its curved panoramic glazing immerses users in the surrounding landscape, transforming each session into a unique wellness experience. The tiled floor adds comfort, hygiene, and durability, making it suitable for both intensive and occasional use.
At an outdoor temperature close to 0 °C, the sauna reaches around 90 °C in about twenty minutes. This speed guarantees comfort and immediate use, even in the coldest conditions.
Thanks to its high-performance insulation, Lumipod Sauna drastically reduces heat loss. Even in cold weather, it maintains the desired temperature without excessive energy use, ensuring optimal comfort with much lower consumption than non-insulated outdoor saunas.
The sauna is delivered turnkey, fully assembled, and positioned by truck crane or mobile crane depending on site accessibility. Installed directly on screw piles, it is operational from day one, with no heavy construction work or delays.
