Engineered to the highest European standards
Our engineering team designs and develops every detail of Lumipod in line with the most stringent European regulations. Combining technical expertise with advanced off-site construction know-how, we guarantee compliance with local building requirements – including, of course, the RE2020 standard for the French market.
Eco-design at its core
Lumipod is crafted from noble, durable materials, selected for both their energy efficiency and low environmental impact: sustainably sourced timber, natural-fibre insulation, high-performance glazing, smart reversible climate control, rainwater recovery systems… everything is designed to promote a more responsible way of building.
We collaborate with renowned partners who share our values of quality and durability: JUNG for electrical fittings, AXOR for faucets, Le Matelas Français for bedding, Mosa for Cradle-to-Cradle® certified tiling…

Low-impact foundations
Designed to adapt to any environment without disturbing local ecosystems, Lumipod rests on lightweight foundations – most often screw piles – a reliable system that avoids soil sealing and ensures the full reversibility of the installation.
Turnkey delivery
Each Lumipod is installed and commissioned within just 48 hours, anywhere in France or across Europe. Our teams oversee every stage – from site preparation and logistics to installation and final setup. This streamlined process allows us to minimise both on-site time and the environmental impact of installation.
